All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in rare cases where approval has been granted by our team. If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims reported after 7 business days of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Fragrance oils, beauty, or personal care goods

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if approved in advance by our team. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your exchange or store credit has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 daysfor any reason and without justification.
Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us directly.
